About
The purpose of a school health center is to provide students and staff members with access to quality medical care that supports their health and keeps them in school. The Glenbrook School Health Center (GSHC) is designed to complement the services offered by the school nurse for students who may need more complex care.
Medical records remain confidential between the patient, family and our operating partner. Parents may authorize information to be shared with the school by completing a separate consent form available from the GSHC staff.
Services
The services offered in the GSHC will be similar to what community members can receive in a pharmacy-based immediate care center. Check-out our printable brochures for an overview of all services:
All medical and mental health appointments, including on-site testing services, are provided at no cost. There may be a nominal charge for vaccinations for those not eligible for the federally funded Vaccines for Children program.

The electronic consent form is available on this webpage or students may pick up a paper copy at the center during normal hours of operation.
