ParentSquare
Glenbrook High School District 225 uses ParentSquare for school communication, primarily with email, text and app notifications. ParentSquare automatically generates an account for each parent, using their preferred email address and phone number. We encourage parents to access their accounts so they can download the mobile app and update their preferences on when and how they are notified.
Here’s what you can do with ParentSquare:
- Receive messages from the school via email, text or app or phone notification
- Choose to receive information as it comes or all at once with a daily digest at 6 p.m.
- Communicate in your preferred language
- Comment on school postings to engage with your school community
- Please note comments are private and only the person who posted the information can view the comment, The comment is not available to the public to view.
- Participate in group messages
Getting Started Guide
- Open the invitation email or text. Click "activate your account" or tap the link to activate your account (coming June 2025)
- Create a password for your ParentSquare account and click "register."
- Click "confirm" for your phone number and/or email. A verification code will be sent to the email or phone number on file.
- Enter the verification code to confirm.
- Confirm your child(ren) by clicking "confirm." Use "Not My Child" if a child listed is not associated with your account.
- Select "yes, this is me" when you have confirmed your contact information and child(ren) associated with your account.
Once you are logged in to ParentSquare, you will be able to access self-paced training modules, video resources and help articles to assist you with using ParentSquare
Ways to Access Information
ParentSquare has a free app that can be downloaded in both the Apple iOS and Android stores, you can login on a web browser and access via the email you have on file with Glenbrook High School District 225.
