Pay Transparency

Illinois Pay Transparency Act

Starting January 1, 2025, Illinois' pay transparency law requires employers with at least 15 employees to disclose the pay scale and a general overview of benefits in all job postings. This page offers details on compensation and benefits for each employee group within our District, ensuring transparency and adherence to the law.
