The Help Desk is Glenbrook's central point for assistance with the use of technology resources. The Help Desk team will assist students, parents, and staff members with accessing systems, resetting passwords, troubleshooting hardware and software challenges, and more.

The Help Desk team will never ask for your password in person, over the phone, or by email. If you believe your password has been compromised, please immediately change your password using the password change portal and contact the Help Desk.
