Motor Vehicle Application RUSH Requests

❖  District 225 employees must be approved to: 

  • Rent, lease or drive any vehicle for the purpose of transporting students or any District related activity
  • Drive any District vehicles, security and maintenance vehicles, as well as 14 passenger student buses

❖  Complete a MVR Application well in advance of any event that may require driving on behalf of District 225

❖  Should you require last minute processing, please provide a building or student activity account number to charge for any "RUSH" request (see bottom of application form)

  • RUSH requests are those submitted with less than 3 weeks advance notice
  • The current processing fee for a RUSH request is $20
  • RUSH requests will be processed within 24-48 hours

Please note - There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to the requirements noted above or in any of the forms as listed on this page.
