Agreements & Contracts

  The purpose of a Services Agreement is to:

  • Clarify the intent of both parties, by having written terms and making expectations clear
  • Provide clarification of the legal responsibilities and obligations of both parties, through the use of indemnification clauses, hold harmless agreements and waivers or limitations of legal liability
  • Enforce District 225 insurance requirements

SERVICES AGREEMENT 

❖  Vendor proposal should be attached to the Services Agreement as Exhibit A, the terms of which become part of the Service Agreement 

❖District 225 Insurance Requirements should be attached to the Services Agreement contract as Exhibit B


SERVICES BID AGREEMENT  (DISTRICT OFFICE USE ONLY)

❖  Vendor proposals should be attached to the Service Bid Agreement as Exhibit A, the terms of which become part of the Service Bid Agreement 

❖  Vendor bids should be attached to the Services Bid Agreement as Exhibit B, the terms of which become part of the Services Bid Agreement

❖ District 225 Insurance Requirements should be attached as Exhibit C in the Service Bid Agreement
