Prescription Drug Coverage
Prescription drug coverage administered by Catamaran (PPO Plans) or BCBSIL (HMO Plans).
We provide dental coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois. The plan covers basic and major care for you and any of your covered dependents. Coverage also includes orthodontia coverage.
Full-time Glenbrook employees are eligible for disability plans that help protect you from the financial impact of an illness or injury.
Full-time Glenbrook employees receive basic life insurance coverage at no cost. Additional voluntary options are available.
