Accessibility Statement
Glenbrook High School District 225 affirms its commitment to ensuring that people with disabilities have equal opportunity to participate in the district’s programs, benefits, and services, including those delivered through electronic and information technologies. We have designed the district, Glenbrook North and Glenbrook South website to be accessible to everyone. For purposes of this statement, the term "New Trier High School web site” does not include web sites, applications, or content not owned and controlled by Glenbrook High School District 225.
The website was coded to comply with both the American with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. 12101 et seq.) and the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 US.C 794d), as amended. Along with state and federal law compliance, efforts have been made to ensure compatibility with common technologies used by the adaptive community such as screen magnification software, screen-reading software, and text-only browsers.
Glenbrook High School District 225 teaches ADA compliance to all staff with web publishing responsibilities and reviews all PDF for ADA readability.
