extended school year

Each year Glenbrook High School District 225 offers an Extended School Year (ESY) program that provides special education and related services to students with disabilities, beyond the normal school year. Eligibility for ESY services is based on those described in a child’s Individualized Education Program (IEP). Students participating in the ESY program do so at no cost to the parents of the child, but are required to complete a registration process.  

This year, ESY will be held at Glenbrook South High School and Glenbrook Off-Campus with the following schedule:

Course Offerings and Registration Information

Online Registration System

Glenbrook residents will have the ability to sign-up for extended school year (ESY) courses using the online registration system. Students attending ESY should register for the courses as listed within your student’s IEP. If you have questions regarding courses, please contact your student’s case manager.
