All substitute applicants must complete the D225 Substitute Information Form in order to be considered.
Once the Form has been completed, the Human Resource Department will contact qualified applicants. This form must be filled out even if an individual has subbed in the district in a prior year.
Applicants contacted by the Human Resource Department and selected for pre-hire will need to complete a series of forms. Electronic copies of the forms can be accessed by clicking here. These forms are required to be completed only one time.
Please note that substitutes will not be eligible to work until all paperwork, including proof of certification, and a fingerprint screening has been completed, processed, and approved by the Human Resources Office.
