The Glenbrook High School District 225 Board of Education invites the school community to provide input to assist with the search for the next superintendent, in one of two ways:
The following survey is open through October 3:
Superintendent Search Survey
Wednesday, October 3, 7 p.m.
Two locations - Glenbrook North (Library), Glenbrook South (Lyceum)
Both the survey and forums are lead and managed by an outside consultant who has been hired to help the Board to identify key attributes and characteristics that the community feels are important in selecting the next Glenbrook Superintendent. In preparation for your participation, please consider the following questions:
- What are the strengths of the Glenbrooks?
- What are the challenges?
- What are the characteristics and attributes that would define the best candidate?
- Is there anything else we need to know to pursue the next superintendent?
“One of the most important responsibilities of the Board of Education is the hiring of the superintendent. This highly impactful, important decision is absolutely dependent on thoughtful input from the community and we thank you in advance for your consideration of this request for your time and energy.” -- Skip Shein, Board President
