NOTE: Private tutorial services which are provided by current district employees are not district services and are provided outside the scope of the employee's employment by the Board of Education. Consequently, the Board of Education expressly disclaims responsibility and/or liability for the nature and quality of the services rendered on a privately-arranged tutorial basis by district employees and for the actions and conduct of district employees when engaged in the provision of privately-arranged tutorial services.
In addition, please note that staff members cannot enter into privately-arranged tutorial services for compensation with their own students or on school grounds.
