Chemistry 163
Chemistry is the initial quantitative science course in our college preparatory sequence. Chemistry 163 uses laboratory studies to develop major chemical concepts. Chemistry students complete these studies, perform mathematical calculations based on laboratory data, and use chemical theories to explain real world phenomena. This course highlights the relationships between chemical science, technology and current societal issues.
