 Parents' Association

THE GLENBROOK NORTH PARENTS' ASSOCIATION is an organization for all parents and/or guardians of GBN students. The purpose of the organization is to serve as an educational and informational link between the school administration and GBN parents. The association generally meets the first Wednesday of each month during the school year at 7:30 PM in the Spartan Conference Room. Meetings are posted on the GBN School Calendar and are open to ALL parents. Each meeting includes a dialogue on school developments with GBN Principal Mr. Paul Pryma. Association representatives report on the work of GBN standing committees, the school board, Grad Night, and committees sponsored by the Parents’ Association, such as Staff Appreciation and the Distinguished Teacher and Spartan Spirit awards.

Membership in the Association is $25 and includes an annual subscription to the student newspaper, The Torch, which will be mailed to your home. The Glenbrook North Parents' Association welcomes participation from the entire GBN community.

For more information, contact Chairperson Dawn Spiewak at (847) 559-8184.
