Residency Requirements
RETURNING STUDENTS (Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors)
The district requires all students to prove their residency each year. Please review the following scenarios and submit the correct form(s) to the district prior to Book Sale:
If you have changes to your address and/or custody status: Form COAC
If your family's address has not changed or your custody status: Form
