Residency Requirements

RETURNING STUDENTS (Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors)
With the new online enrollment process parents of sophomore, juniors, and seniors will need to: 

Homeowner: Electronic signature required 

Renter: Electronic signature and current lease or Form LL-F signed by landlord.

Military: Electronic signature and military housing letter

Living with Others: Electronic Signature and Form A signed Attestation 

If you have changes to your address and/or custody status: Form COAC

 
NEW INCOMING STUDENTS (freshman, transfer students)
 
All freshman or transfer students: Form F-T
 
If your family resides in a rental unit: Form LL-F
 
If your family resides with others: Form A
