Exercise Connection:  From the description provided by the NSYMCA:  Children with autism and special needs are unique and deserve a program that meets their needs. Exercise Connection’s compassionate and educated staff uses the Visual Exercise System© to provide participants the structure and visual supports essential to having them reach their fullest potential.

By improving body image, posture, motor coordination, muscular fitness and cardiovascular fitness, Exercise Connection and the North Suburban YMCA give participants opportunities to develop leadership skills, build self-esteem and create lasting relationships by connecting through exercise.
