Mandarin Chinese -This part-time position will be 0.2 FTE
Spanish Teacher - Possible part-time position of 0.2 FTE.
Glenbrook North High School has the following openings:
School Psychologist - This is a temporary position that is part-time at 0.6 FTE. Interested candidates should be able to complete case study evaluations and functional behavior assessments, participate in IEP and other multi-disciplinary team meetings, and provide short-term counseling as well as crisis intervention.
Certified School Nurse - This is a full time position. Interested candidates must be a current registered nurse and be certified in the State of Illinois.

Glenbrook South High School's Titan Learning Center (TLC) is in need of an internal candidate to fill a .2 position. This individual will be responsible for the management of the TLC after school; this includes matching tutees with tutors, maintaining a positive learning environment, ensuring that tutor records are filled out, and assisting at the check-in desk as necessary. Additional responsibilities include coordinating the Guest Tutor program and assisting with projects on an as needed basis. Candidates need to be willing to work non-traditional hours as the TLC is open until 4:30 (4:00 on Friday) and should not have a teaching assignment for the first block on either day in order to compensate for the shift in schedule. Previous experience with the TLC is preferred.

Glenbrook South High School is looking to fill an open SAP position. This is a stipend position for internal candidates only.
The Student Assistance Program (SAP) is an early intervention program designed to help students who are experiencing problems that interfere with learning, such as family issues, substance abuse, health concerns, peer conflicts, depression, abuse or other adolescent problems. Students at risk are identified and then are connected with services both in the community or within the school so they can overcome their problems and achieve success in school endeavors.
The SAP team includes 6 faculty members from different departments at GBS, along with the school nurse and the SAP team coordinator. SAP members are paid a stipend of $2,000.00 for the year for active participation with the team. Team members will attend weekly scheduled meetings this year during the Block 3, Blue day, Lunch 3 (12:51-1:36).
