On Sunday, GU White beat the Freeport Tornadoes, defeating both teams in straight sets to win the gold. This is the 3rd straight state gold medal for GU White. This is a very rare feat, and  congrats to all the GU athletes who practiced over the summer. Thank you to all the athletes, parents, and coaches Williams and Petty for making this volleyball season another great success (GU Gold won area silver and GU white winning area and state gold).
