Dr. Rosanne Williamson
Dr. Rosanne Williamson serves as the assistant superintendent for educational services. Prior to this appointment in the fall of 2009, she held the position of associate principal for curriculum and instruction at Glenbrook North High School from 2003-2009. Before joining the Glenbrook family, Williamson was the assistant principal for pupil personnel services at Rich Central High School in Olympia Fields, IL and T.F. South High School in Lansing, IL. At T.F. South, she taught numerous science classes and served as the department chairperson. Williamson also taught biology and general science at Calumet High School in Gary, IN. Throughout her teaching career, she helped coach athletic and academic teams. Williamson received her Doctorate in Education (Educational Leadership and Policy Studies) and Master of Science from Indiana University. She is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in biology and chemistry. Williamson looks forward to helping develop innovative instructional programs, supporting professional development of faculty, and implementing new instructional methods and technologies to enhance student learning. She is a member of the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, the National Staff Development Council, Chicago Area Directors of Curriculum and Assessment and the North Suburban Educational Region for Vocational Education Board of Control.
