Seniors    Seniors will be meeting with their counselors for Senior Group Guidance on Wednesday, September 8^th (B-day), from 8:00-

9:13 AM to go over important college application information. Students will be dismissed from their block 2-3 class at 8:00 AM and are to go directly to the room assigned to their counselor. Room assignments are posted in Student Services and S.A. hallway.  

All   There will be a mandatory National Honor Society meeting on Tuesday September 7^th  from 3-

3:20 in the Little Theater.  We will be discussing important information for the current school year.  If you have any questions please see Mrs. Kosirog in F-100

All   Attention all boys planning on trying out for volleyball in the spring.  There will be a meeting on Tuesday September 7th immediately after school in the main gym to discuss conditioning and playing opportunities in the off-season.  If you cannot attend this meeting please see Coach Cooper in the Science Dept.

All   The Fall college visit season officially kicks off Friday, Sept. 3^rd, with the University of Illinois

Urbana-Champaign visiting at 10:25 a.m. in the Little Theatre. Juniors and seniors are invited to attend college visit presentations, which are held during the first 45 minutes of each block. It is the student's responsibility to pre-arrange a class absence with their teacher prior to the visit. The teacher must agree to the absence or you will not be excused. College visits will be posted outside of the College Resource Center and also listed on Naviance, which is accessible through the College Resource Center’s web page.

All   There will be a Varsity Club meeting today after school in the P.E. classroom.  All Varsity Athletes are welcome.

All   Key Club is starting up again and we're inviting you to our first meeting on September 8th and 7:15 in room A114. We'll be passing out a calendar of the upcoming year's activities, some of which are in the next few weeks, so be sure to stop by! See you in A114 on September 8th.

All    Spartans!  Need to stock up on some GREEN and GOLD SPARTAN clothing?  Our Booster Club will be here today during the lunch mods (and at the football game tonight)  They will set up shop in the cafeteria hallway.  (Personal checks and cash are accepted forms of payment.)  Stop by the Booster Club Clothing Sale and make sure that you are decked out in Green and Gold for Loyalty Day on Friday!   GO SPARTANS!
